SH Series Overview
SH 7000 and SH 8000 are vinyl ester resin that suitable for making quick curing type for filament winding, hand lay-up and spray up moulding. These resin products have the good anti-corrosion, chemical resistance property for tank, pipe and fitting, and so forth. Especially recommended for Chemical Engineering, due to excellent performance on strength properties. This resin is not suitable for clear transparent casting purpose.

NOTE
However, owing to difficulties in presenting information application to all situation, no warranty is expressed or implied and user are recommended to carry out their own tests to determine the applicability of the above information and the suitability of SH 7000 / 8000 for their particular requirements.
[1] Synthetic surfacing non-woven fabric such as polyethylene terephthalate fiber should be used in surfacing layer of corrosion resistant layer.
[2] Double top coating should be covered. The first top coating is a non wax type and the last top coating is a wax type.
[3] Curing system of BPO/amine is better.
[4] Keeping chemicals may be colored in first storage under high concentration.
